YUMMY MEATBALLS

Perfect food for an autumn evening.... Recipe after the jump!



To make:        
 400grams each of pork and veal mince
1brown onion chopped
100grams pine nuts
handful parsley
200grams breadcrumbs
100grams grated parmesan
1 egg
salt and pepper
So simple, saute onion and pine nuts then add to the bowl with the mince and breadcrumbs, egg, parsley,



salt and pepper and parmesan cheese
mush together and roll into balls-this part is fun for kids so mine gets the honours.





Fry them in olive oil and then add to pot that already has a homemade tomato sauce bubbling away-
mine is just butter, garlic and a bottle of tomato passata and some water. it only needs to be simple because all the flavour is in the meatballs. cook for around an hour. yum!
